Since a young child I realized my love of food, Growing up watching these women in their kitchen cooking, singing, smiling and baking. Our recipes are derived from generations of cooks and chefs. Once old enough I embraced the responsibilities of cooking for the family holidays and gatherings. These phenomenal women above, Two of them affectionately referred to as "Bobbie" act as the glue in family bonding, memory making and Love. 

Humble Beginnings!

In 2001 I opened a catering business in Chicago, Went back to Culinary school and opened my first restaurant. There we created healthy meals and smoothies. I continued building my catering brand which has served hundreds of individuals and businesses. In 2017 I came to Atlanta and began my Soul food journey, Partnered with a Caribbean cook and there Carrib Cafe was born. Bobbies soul food is full of flavor and countless recipes. Authentic Caribbean and Soul -food dishes.
